I understand life happens. If you need to reschedule and it’s same day I charge a $25 reschedule fee. This is due to not being able to fill the spot and having to set up for the missed appointment. Time is valuable 🥺Thank you
Hours after 5 PM are really hard for me, but I do understand and sometimes can’t get a client in. I have a busy, crazy life and not just with lashing if I do do after hours I have to rearrange a lot if an after hours appointment is necessary I will do it. This is what this fee is about.
